What was wrong with the CLUG server?

  1. The DDR was in the incorrect position, disabling dual channel mode.
  2. The server has a Dual Layer DVD Burner….
  3. The IDE cable connecting the DVD Burner and Primary HDD was 40pin slowing the primary drive to ATA33
  4. Postgresql was not being used
  5. Apache configs…wtf?!
  6. Not only were the vhosts disgusting, they were just wrong.
  7. Conflicts between ACL and unix permissions was corrected. The conflicts were so bad in some cases `chmod 777 *` still denied access to an authorized webgroup user.
  8. Usergroups created per site directory for security and ease of project maintenance

As a side note: APPARENTLY every officer gets an email…Who would have thought?! They have been set to the correct addresses.

More to come!
